Let's find your dream home

"Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with during our home search. As first time buyers she went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the process. She made sure We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision and we fully understood our options. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without her exceptional guidance and support. She was a wonderful advocate on our behalf throughout the process, and we felt confident that our interests were well-represented at all times. Lisa was also excellent with communication. She was always available when we needed her and she promptly responded to all calls, texts, and emails. We are so fortunate to be able to work with Lisa and would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home.

"Dear Ms Allen…Lisa, I cannot express in enough glowing words of gratitude for the recent sale of my property in Marietta, GA. It truly was my great fortune to be umbrellaed by your exemplary professionalism and knowledge. Throughout the process from beginning to end you were a huge support with a property that had some very unusual issues. I would also have to include Grace Chun and Associates for their devoted efforts in rectifying what seemed to be an impossible solution. But when the chips were down we all came together and resolved everything necessary to “close the deal”! I thank You and Ms Chun with the greatest respect and admiration for a job well done. I will most assuredly recommend You and your services for the exceptional caliber of professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to the real estate industry! Thank you most sincerely, David C Mendoza

"Lisa did an incredible job on selling my house in Marietta, GA. I was living out of town while my house was on the market and Lisa went above and beyond any realtor I have worked with in the past to make sure everything was clean and prepared when showing my house. Lisa’s communication with me was amazing and she was very responsive to any questions I had. Lisa has a great knowledge of the homes for sell in the area I lived in and my house was listed at a price that created a lot if interest in my house and was under contract very quickly. If you are looking to sell your home, there is no other person you should reach out to other than Lisa Allen, she is incredibly professional and you will be very happy with the experience and results of her being your realtor. Thank you so much Lisa for everything you did while selling my house.

"Me and my husband cannot recommend Lisa enough! She worked so hard to get us into our house. Even with multiple backup offers we were able to close on our home in a very sought after area. She is very communicative and willing to go above and beyond to get you into the home of your dreams! She accommodated tours with our work schedules, and answered our questions no matter the time of day. Even after we bought our home Lisa has stayed in contact to make sure we are loving it, she even dropped off a house warming gift!
